One of our screen printing machine just went down. We are trying to fix but the mechanic won’t be here till Thursday. I’m sorry please expect delays.  Contact customer service  and ask them how it will effect your screen printing order. It will effect deadlines. With this major bump we are probably closing down Christmas by tomorrow. We will be open 12/22 till 8-10am.  And won’t be be back till 12/26 i’m so sorry on the delays. we are working

Once a year our machines need alittle love and we bring in the professionals to update them. Today Maintenance Day is 12/15. This means we will not be running any production for that day. Please make sure to either have your jobs done before or after that day. Its still early (12/6/17) which we can schedule before but soon that will be cut off and have to be schedule afterwards. Updates to the screen printing department… Throughout the year we often look at our procedures and see where we can improve and be more efficient.  We’ve recently experienced a major personnel change in our screen printing department and are taking this opportunity to make some procedural changes as well. UPS is raising rates again… They’re adding peak surcharges from 11/19-12/23 but they’re really bad. If the packages are going to a residential address, or if the packages are overly large and/or heavy. They’re going to charge $249 additional during those weeks for packages that are over 165 inches in girth and/or over 100 lbs FYI. In a few months it will be 3 years into our  DTG experiment.  We hope we would have grown this dept as big as embroidery and screen printing dept with more machines, more staff, etc. but unfortunately it’s not possible. Our DTG machine was meant for high retail price, low qty environment. The ink cost is higher the cost of blood at the Red Cross! There are DTG machines that are meant for high Quantity, broker environment but those machines
