It’s official. On October 1 st , 2016 we are closing J6 Designs,sole proprietorship and reopening it as J6D Inc. dba J6Designs. We are still doing business as J6 Designs and it’s okayto make payments that way.  All legal issues and notices are under the J6D Inc. family after October 1 st , 2016. Please make those changes in your accounting and other business software.

J6 Designs Embroidery Department is back to our regular schedule of 3-5 business days for approved orders. Please feel free to submit your orders with us. We are experiencing a production overload on embroidery currently . We are pushing the turnaround dates to 5-7 business (after PO, digitizing approvals and product is here, whatever comes last) . Please make adjustments on your time. We should have it clear by the week of 7/18 but please contact us if you have any concerns. The screen printing dept is open and is running its normal schedule!

We recently reviewed our price list again. With the new labor and supply cost changes, it has been trial and error getting a perfect price list. One issue we didn’t address is secondary and additional locations for embroidery.  We have adjusted the price list and are giving a discount on additional locations for embroidery. This will help bring down the cost when doing hats, having a back location, or doing a sleeve logo when there is a left chest done. Please email or come

5/25/16 Our production team is taking a well-deserved break on Monday and we will be back Tuesday. We have contacted the customers that had a scheduled job to be run on Monday and moved them over to Tuesday or Wednesday. If you have a job that was due Monday, but have not been contacted, please let us know.  We have customer service from 10-11am for quick drop offs and pick-ups, but will be closed at 11am sharp.

5/25/16 We are having some UPS issues with orders that are being shipped from our location to Moreno Valley, Perris, Beaumont, and areas nearby. UPS is having issues with shipping the product to the wrong location. It’s due to the massive Amazon warehouses in the area. We are assuming it’s happening in the loading process and the shipments are getting into the Amazon UPS trucks. Out of 4-5 shipments that were shipped wrong, all 100% of the orders were recovered, but there were 3-5

We are reaching our one-year anniversary of providing DTG services here at J6 Designs. We cried a lot, we screamed a lot, and we scratched our heads a lot; but in the end we were able to learn a few things. One of the things we’ve learned recently is that it is more expensive than initially thought to do large prints that use a lot of white ink. As you may know, the ink used for the DTG process is
