Updated Resale Form – 10/27/16

We have been advised by the Board of Equalization that a copy of your resale license is not efficient enough to keep on file. We need a form filled out for this use. We will be in contact with our brokers through email and when we see you in the lobby fill out one, please. You can come by and get a copy or click on this link  for a copy.

We will need this form filled out and not a copy of an older one, please. We added line 7 on form reminding our brokers about broker guidelines and policy.
