Step 6: The drop

Once you have everything filled out and marked, you are ready to drop off. You can either have the items shipped or bring them in yourself.

If shipping product:


  1.  E-mail us the PO and Artwork or let us know that it’s keyed into Please include the tracking number either in the Wheresmyjob order form or send it via email
  2. If you are unsure about anything, please do not hesitate to give us a call and our knowledgeable staff will be able to help
  3. Check your account to ensure we have received the shipment. You can also get info on due date and other important details. If you do not see it within one business day please contact us and we can look into it.
  4. Confirm with customer service on the due date.


If delivering the product yourself:


  1. Make sure to have a physical copy of the PO. We prefer two copies: one that is attached to the order and one that can be used by staff for data entry. Please make sure to make all the boxes with the PO name and Your company name. We do need a box count to . SO if you bring 3 boxes, its should say respectively;  1 out 3, 2 out of 3, 3 out 3 on each box.
  2. You will be greeted by customer services and they will review your order with you.
  3. If you need to talk to any other staff, please let customer service know and they will bring them out. Always wait in the lobby to be helped. To protect our brokers’ privacy it is our policy to never allow people into the back office spaces where the staff is working.
  4. Always check your account to ensure the order was entered. This is a great way to get updates and check on other important order details. If you do not see it within one business day please contact us.
  5. Confirm with customer service on the due date.


After Market Product:

If your customer supplied the product for the job and its consider aftermarket product. We will need to have signed a waiver of liability on jobs. Please refer to our guidelines:
