Dropping Off Your Order: What You Need to Know

Once your order is fully prepared and marked, you’re ready to either ship the items or deliver them in person. Here’s a step-by-step guide for both options:

If Shipping Your Product:

  1. Send the PO and Artwork:
    • Email us your PO and artwork, or confirm that the information has been keyed into your WheresMyJob.com account.
    • Include the tracking number either in the WheresMyJob order form or in your email.
  2. Unsure About Something?
    • Don’t hesitate to give us a call—our knowledgeable staff is here to help.
  3. Verify Receipt in WheresMyJob.com:
    • Check your account to ensure we’ve received the shipment.
    • If you don’t see it logged within one business day, contact us immediately so we can look into it.
  4. Confirm the Due Date:
    • Double-check with customer service to confirm the expected completion date.

If Delivering the Product Yourself:

  1. Bring a Physical Copy of the PO:
    • We recommend bringing two copies:
      • One to attach to the order.
      • One for staff to use during data entry.
    • Ensure all boxes are clearly marked with:
      • The PO name.
      • Your company name.
    • Number the boxes (e.g., “1 of 3,” “2 of 3,” “3 of 3”).
  2. Customer Service Check-In:
    • You’ll be greeted by customer service, who will review your order with you.
  3. Staff Communication:
    • If you need to speak with other staff, let customer service know, and they’ll bring the appropriate team member to the lobby.
    • For privacy and security, we do not allow visitors into the back office or production areas.
  4. Verify in WheresMyJob.com:
    • Ensure the order is entered into the system by checking your WheresMyJob.com account.
    • If it’s not visible within one business day, contact us to investigate.
  5. Confirm the Due Date:
    • As with shipping, confirm the expected completion date with customer service.

Aftermarket Products (Customer-Supplied Items):

If your customer has supplied the products for the job, they are considered aftermarket products. For these orders, we require a signed Waiver of Liability. Please refer to our guidelines:

  • Pre-Production – Line 14

This ensures that both parties are clear on the responsibilities and limitations when handling aftermarket items.

By following these guidelines, you’ll help us process your order quickly and efficiently while avoiding any potential issues. Let us know if you have any questions!
