Screen Printing Dept: Installation Complete -7/14 – Delays

We apologize for the delay. Due to the heavy demand for our new machinery, we only have one sole mechanic to help on the installation. Normally, a project like this would require 2 or 3 mechanics but we can only work on what we are given.

Due to this, the process of turning on the machine has caused a delay of 2 business days.

This afternoon, the installation will be complete and we will start production as soon as we can. As expected, we have delays on orders but will grinding away as soon as possible.

I do apologize for the delay. We pride ourselves on making most deadlines but unfortunately this project caused many delays that were out of our hands in some ways.

If you have any time sensitive job, please let us know and we can work together on this.
I am hoping to be back to normal by Wednesday 7/21 with reasonable turnaround times.
