Screen Printing
9/2/4
Our screen printing department is growing by leaps and bounds. We have been adding new presses and a new dryer will continue to do so in the coming years.
Our current setup includes 5 M&R automatics (4: 8 colors) (1: 12-color) , 2 Rapid Tag. We typically print using plastisol inks but have the capability to use water-based inks as well.
We received our CTS M&R machine – 1/2023-
M&R’s i-Image S features the same software, printhead, output quality, and image area as the groundbreaking i-Image ST-36-1, but with a smaller footprint, exceptional pricing, and the ability to image up to 100 screens per shift, it’s the ideal choice for small-to-medium size print shops. i-Image S quickly generates opaque images up to 51 x 66 cm (20” x 26”) on screen frames up to 66 x 91 cm (26” x 36”). And it’s designed to fit through an 81 cm (32″) doorway.
Our new M&R automatic screen printing machines can crank out an impressive 400-500 full-color t-shirts an hour. We have a full in-house art department that can work closely with you to put your ideas in a graphic format that can be printed. Each department has its own customer representatives and will walk you through the entire process from the beginning to the end. You order matters to us and we make sure to show you.
Our latest addition is a BRAND NEW M&R Sprint Gas Dryer 3000. 44′ long by 72″ wide. It’s a beast. With this new dryer, most of the latest printing method is possible
