Screen Printing

Our screen printing department has growing by leaps and bounds. We have added new equipment, perfected different printing styles, and added specialty inks.

Our current equipment includes five M&R automatic textile presses with the ability of printing up to 12 ink colors per print. With the growth of the custom apparel industry, we’ve also added two Rapid Tag automatic tag printers to our arsenal of production equipment. Additionally our facility is equipped with a 44ft long M&R Sprint 3000 gas dryer to ensure all prints are cured to perfection. In order to maximize pre-press set up efficiency, we have an M&R i-Image Computer-to-Screen imaging system that can output over 100 screens per shift. Our full fleet of equipment can crank out over 500 multicolor printed shirts per hour.

Specialty Inks
We are proud to offer many different print and ink styles including:

Puff Ink
specialty plastisol ink that expands and raises when heat-cured, creating a soft, dimensional texture that adds depth and a tactile feel to printed designs.

Foil Print
specialty process where adhesive ink is printed and heat-pressed with metallic foil to create a smooth, highly reflective finish that delivers bold shine and premium visual impact

Glow-In-The-Dark
specialty ink that absorbs light and emits a visible glow in low-light conditions, adding a striking, luminous effect to printed designs

Discharge
water-based process that removes the garment’s dye and replaces it with pigment, resulting in an ultra-soft, no-feel print that looks embedded directly into the fabric

Metallic
contains reflective metal flakes that produce a shimmering, high-shine finish, giving printed designs a polished, eye-catching appearance

Reflective
specialty inks with light-reflective particles that bounce light back toward its source, creating high visibility and a striking glow effect when illuminated

Dyno/Poly Base
necessary for printing on synthetic fabrics because it prevents dye migration and ensures vibrant, durable colors that withstand heat and repeated washing
