Please use WMJ for Job Status check.

Dear Brokers,

As many of you know, we are currently working with very limited customer support due to the current health situation. Due to the constant changes, there are days that are very busy or very slow. It’s hard to justify bringing more people in at this time. We are running a fine balance of keeping the doors open and helping everyone as much as we can.

As we slowly get busier, we are getting more calls for status checks. At this time, we are asking ALL our BROKERS to check WheresMyjob.com for status of their orders. Remember, all our jobs are on the cloud, which can seen if you are connected on WMJ. It can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year.

Most of our older brokers were on the old WMJ system and having trouble accessing the system. So in order to help with the transition, we created  a cheat sheet for you at:

https://help.wheresmyjob.com/knowledge-base/i-am-old-client-what-do-i-do-to-log-in/

The main issue is that most brokers don’t remember their “Workspace”. If you cannot recall your workspace, please feel free to call Blaine at WMJ at 909-605-6887. He’ll gladly find that information for you.

You can access you orders at
Screen Printing:

Embroidery:

Or a general info at:

Most of you have mentioned that you are not getting your emails as before. This new system defaults to ZERO email notifications, which means no emails get sent out to you regarding any changes on your orders. You would need to go to the email page (https://wheresmyjob.com/tools/email) (quick page 130 on top right) and go to the bottom page and click on “All job types” in the Completed Job Notifications section for:

-Jobs marked as Completed by you
-Jobs marked as Complete by staff accounts within your subdomain
-Jobs marked as complete by other subdomain

If you have any question please call in or call Blaine and we would be more than happy to make sure you are set up correctly.
