Effective Immediately: Simulated Process Separations Reduced to $30

Good morning!

As you’ve probably noticed, our industry is changing quickly. AI-generated artwork is becoming much more common, and we’re now seeing 3–5 AI-based screen printing jobs come through our shop every day.

The good news is that a lot of this artwork can be screen printed successfully using simulated process separations. This allows us to reproduce complex colors, shading, gradients, and detailed AI artwork without having to completely redraw or vectorize the design first.

Because the volume of this type of work has increased, we’ve been able to streamline the process and lower our simulated process separation fee effective immediately:

Previous Price: $65.00
New Broker Price: $30.00 per separation

Our goal is simple: make it easier and more affordable for you to sell screen printing on detailed and AI-generated artwork.

Rather than automatically sending these jobs to DTF because the artwork looks too complicated for traditional screen printing, send them our way. In many cases, we can separate and screen print them using simulated process—even designs with complex shading and a large number of colors.

We hope the new $30 pricing helps you take on more of these jobs, stay competitive, and ultimately generate more screen printing business for both of us.
