2025 Production Deadline and Holiday Schedule Reminder

Hello,

Here is our current production outlook for the holiday season:

Production Deadlines for Completion Before 12/24:

  • 12/16 by 12 PM: Last day we can guarantee embroidery, vinyl, and finishing orders for completion before 12/24.
  • 12/17 by 12 PM: Last day we can guarantee screen printing orders for completion before 12/24.

If you need your order sooner, please place it as soon as possible. Embroidery, in particular, is filling up quickly due to longer production times.

Orders submitted after the 12 PM deadlines will be scheduled for completion after Christmas, during the week of 12/29 or 1/5/24. Please note your preferred completion week on your PO.

Holiday Schedule:

  • 12/19: Half day — operations end at 12 PM
  • 12/24: Half day — operations end at 12 PM
  • 12/25–12/29: Closed
  • 1/1–1/2: Closed

For the week of 12/29/25–1/2/25, we are still determining whether we will be open. This will depend on order intake this week and early next week.
