Screen Printing

Our screen printing department is growing by leaps and bounds. We have been adding new presses and a new dryer will continue to do so in the coming years.
Our current setup includes 4 M&R automatics (8 colors), one Rapid Tag, one Color Press and, one six color manual. We typically print using plastisol inks but have the capability to use water-based inks as well.
Our new M&R automatic screen printing machines can crank out an impressive 400-500 full-color t-shirts an hour. We have a full in-house art department that can work closely with you to put your ideas in a graphic format that can be printed. Each department has its own customer representatives and will walk you through the entire process from the beginning to the end. You order matters to us and we make sure to show you.
Our latest addition is a BRAND NEW M&R Sprint Gas Dryer 3000. 44′ long by 72″ wide. It’s a beast. With this new dryer, most of the latest printing method is possible
We print using these methods:
Plastisol (normal ink)
Water-base
Discharge
Foil

We are one for the largest embroidery companies in Southern California and one of only a handful with over 50 embroidery heads doing general broker work. We welcome all orders!
Our entire embroidery shop consists of Tajima embroidery machines, and most are only 1-5 years old. Tajima embroidery machines were selected because they are the highest quality in the industry. Over the last five years, we have purchased an average of one six-head embroidery machine per year.
